Yet again another Friday!

This week has been its own type of interesting for us here in Podunk Idaho! haha.... I was having sever pain in my lower abdomen on Monday and it continued in to Tuesday so I tryed to call my Doctors office but after being on hold just to talk to someone for over an hour I just went in to the FCU they did there thing and hooked me and the little one up to monitors to tell me that I wasn't in Labor which I knew when I walked in I was in pain that's why I was there and after about 3 nurses and finally the Doctor comes in and sayes your not in Labor I had, had it they ran a few test and then let me go home said it was a continues contractions that I was just going to have to live with until I deliver witch was not good with me but they obviously didn't really want to check anything out..... Well come to find out at my doctors appointment yesterday one of the tests they had ran was a urine test to see if I had a UTI and guess what it came back positive so and that's what the pain was I was having contractions and it was aggravating it. sooo needles to say the FCU and I are not friends right now they knew before they let go me that I had a UTI!

But the good news is I'm on antibiotics now and Jax is on his way we are 2cm dilated and 50%effaced at 36 weeks 4 days.

Okay April here's what you decided that I should post this week haha !

Spaghetti Bake

12oz of Spaghetti pasta

(I make my own but if I'm lazy I like the whole wheat)

2 cans of Hunts Herb and Garlic spaghetti sauce*

60z (3/4cup) Grated Cheddar mozzarella mix

2 cloves garlic (one chopped)

1/2 cup fresh grated Parmesan cheese

1/4 cup of Italian bread crumbs

salt and pepper to taste

In a sauce pan boil Spaghetti just shy of aldente (so where its still a little hard int he center but flexible) with one clove of garlic and salt the water,it will take about 7 min depending on your stove, strain and place in a large casserole dish.

Poor 1 can of sauce over spaghetti and mix in cheddar mix, remaining garlic clove(chopped) and half of the bread crumbs, add half of the remaining can of sauce, salt, pepper, and mix.

top with Parmesan cheese and bread crumbs cover with aluminum foil and glass lid if your dish has one and bake for 45 minutes at 375 degrees.

let cool for 5 minutes before you serve.

if you are like me i like more sauce so you can always add more after its baked..

* you can use what ever Spaghetti sauce you like I prefer the Hunts because it dose not have sugar in it or any added its just you veggies!
