My life since December of 09 lol

Well a lot has happened, first off we found out that Jax does not have Acid Reflux he has a type of sugar intolerance were he cant eat any form of processed sugars and let me tell you EVERY THING has sugar in it I never would have thought that Mac and Cheese had sugar in it but just goes to show you that even the little things you have to read... Jax is now 18 months :( he is getting so big who would have thunk it lol but he is also now a big brother to Kendrix Zeek born in March, let me tell you there is way to much testosterone flowing in this place most days. I desperately need the next one to be a girl :) I need pink and tutus and bedazzle lol....

TATA for now

Ode to the Joys of being a Mommy!

Who ever thought that the smell of sour milk urine and poop would be the best smells in the world(or the worst)? Or that the sound of a skipped breath can wake you up from a dead sleep and perpell you across the room so fast your feet don't have time to hit the floor? Or the thought of you doing something for your self becomes a thought of the past and you question your self if you should even buy tampons....

Well if you couldn't tell our little man Arrived on November 4th at 2:18am 7 pounds 6.3oz 21 inches long, and we are just over Joyed to be parents and have yet to regret one moment of it. Jax is a great baby even at 5 weeks he has started to sleep through the night. Unfortunately our little man has Acid Reflux so he sleeps next to me now in a bed side bassinet because he could vomit and choke to death.

However I am still having troubles breast feeding one with not enough milk and 2 with pain when nursing and its not an improper latch already had that checked out so any suggestions I'm game because I really do not want to put him strictly on formula.

Well I need to get off here and rock the little man ttyl

Yet again another Friday!

This week has been its own type of interesting for us here in Podunk Idaho! haha.... I was having sever pain in my lower abdomen on Monday and it continued in to Tuesday so I tryed to call my Doctors office but after being on hold just to talk to someone for over an hour I just went in to the FCU they did there thing and hooked me and the little one up to monitors to tell me that I wasn't in Labor which I knew when I walked in I was in pain that's why I was there and after about 3 nurses and finally the Doctor comes in and sayes your not in Labor I had, had it they ran a few test and then let me go home said it was a continues contractions that I was just going to have to live with until I deliver witch was not good with me but they obviously didn't really want to check anything out..... Well come to find out at my doctors appointment yesterday one of the tests they had ran was a urine test to see if I had a UTI and guess what it came back positive so and that's what the pain was I was having contractions and it was aggravating it. sooo needles to say the FCU and I are not friends right now they knew before they let go me that I had a UTI!

But the good news is I'm on antibiotics now and Jax is on his way we are 2cm dilated and 50%effaced at 36 weeks 4 days.

Okay April here's what you decided that I should post this week haha !

Spaghetti Bake

12oz of Spaghetti pasta

(I make my own but if I'm lazy I like the whole wheat)

2 cans of Hunts Herb and Garlic spaghetti sauce*

60z (3/4cup) Grated Cheddar mozzarella mix

2 cloves garlic (one chopped)

1/2 cup fresh grated Parmesan cheese

1/4 cup of Italian bread crumbs

salt and pepper to taste

In a sauce pan boil Spaghetti just shy of aldente (so where its still a little hard int he center but flexible) with one clove of garlic and salt the water,it will take about 7 min depending on your stove, strain and place in a large casserole dish.

Poor 1 can of sauce over spaghetti and mix in cheddar mix, remaining garlic clove(chopped) and half of the bread crumbs, add half of the remaining can of sauce, salt, pepper, and mix.

top with Parmesan cheese and bread crumbs cover with aluminum foil and glass lid if your dish has one and bake for 45 minutes at 375 degrees.

let cool for 5 minutes before you serve.

if you are like me i like more sauce so you can always add more after its baked..

* you can use what ever Spaghetti sauce you like I prefer the Hunts because it dose not have sugar in it or any added its just you veggies!

Wow I am really behind the times lol...

Sooo since last time which was forever and a day ago we are finally 35 weeks and 5 days we have been having contractions for 2 days now that are off and on but when they start they are about 15 minutes apart so we are getting close thank god.... so if we make it to November 17th I will be very surprised! but theres nothing saying that we wont. But I did go see the doctor and asked if I was just insane and these were just glorified braxton hicks and she said no this is the early stages of labor so Im not just so dumb prego lady thinking I know it all lol....

The baby shower was sooo much fun, Jax and I received a ton of gifts that we are very thankful for and we are still working on thank you cards now I could just remember where I put the darn things that would be a start right lol.... The next weekend Daniel and I went and spent about 2 months pay in Babies R Us getting the last few details and things we think we are going to need for the little bundles arrival, and let me tell you coupons coupons coupons they are life savers we saved a ton just by me having this coupon and that coupon the check out guy was completely flustered with us by the time we walked out of there but i had over 400 in saving just by printing and cutting out coupons.....

Life so far and guess what its a Boy

Wow can we say Long long time....... Well since I last blogged I have become a fully licensed Nail Tech with a total not me Monday story behind it.

My moring actually started off rather nice for once the baby wasn't making me sick and i was really enjoying my shower and doing my hair and make up... I got every thing together and took off for Boise when I got there of coarse I had to pee so I jump out of the car and go running in to the hotel and up the stairs to the floor the test are being held on and the nice gentlemen proceeds to tell me that I need to check in I told him i needed to use the bathroom and he directed me down the hall now when you go in for these test they only allow you to bring your ID and the letter along with the supply that you need to complete the test. wile in the bath room I place my letter and ID up on a shelf and proceed to use the bathroom after done I flush and apparently that creates a vortex that pulls my ID and letter in to the toilet so here i am on my knees fishing my letter out of the toilet since I know i cant take the test with out it so i run to the sink and do my best to dry off this letter wash my hands to the best of my ability and take the letter to the nice gentlemen that told me where the bathroom was and handed him my toilet water soaked letter with the most utterly confused look on his face he gave me my place number and directed me to the room after that my day was quite nice I finished my test and got a massage. But all said and done I passed and now I am having a really hard time finding a place to work and i think a lot of it is because they see that I'm pregnant.

Daniel and I found out on the 29th of last month that we are expecting a little boy and we are going to name him Jax Eugene. After we found out we ran to Boise and registered at Babies r us and Target. We are at 22 weeks today so we are over half way done woot with no complications so far thank god.

Daniel is currently away from home again but at least he is in the US still but we really don't have a return date but hopefully it will be soon he is missing so much at home. I did get Jax's room all done the changing table was broken so we are waiting on JC Pennys to send us a new one but then i will be done with that and then on to the next thing.

Since I'm having no luck with finding a Nail Tech job I'm looking for something I can do at home so when Jax gets here I can work as much or as little as I want with him my plan has always been to with the nail tech job anyway is to go back to work for a few hours a week wile Daniel is home because i am not putting my new born in day care. So if anyone has any ideas I'm game at this point for anything.
